ASCENT©
ASCENT© is PCL's leadership development platform: a single, branded environment where a leadership programme is designed, delivered, coached, evidenced and reported on.
Built for leadership, not compliance
ASCENT© exists because leadership development is usually delivered across a scatter of disconnected tools. ASCENT© collapses that stack.
- A slide deck for content
- An LMS for compliance
- A spreadsheet for cohort tracking
- Email for nudges
- A survey tool for feedback
- A PDF for the 360 report
- A consultant's memory for everything else
- The learning is good; the evidence is thin, the experience is fragmented, and the client sponsor cannot see what they bought
- Authored once as reusable content assets
- Sequenced into a journey
- Delivered to a cohort
- Experienced by participants
- Supported by faculty and coaches
- Reported to the client sponsor
- Inside one system, under the client's own branding
Development, not consumption. Content is a means; applied leadership is the end.

Every journey is a climb
A programme is authored once as reusable content assets, sequenced into a journey, delivered to a cohort and experienced by participants.
Progress is visible, staged and earned. Participants always know where they are, what is next, and what it unlocks.
The tier is derived from percentage completion of the assigned journey, so it is always defensible and never manually awarded.
Learning must land at work
Structured project workspaces force learning into a real workplace problem with a defensible deliverable.
A participant does not finish an ASCENT programme with notes; they finish with a deliverable their organisation can act on.
Project FIXER for a known problem that needs solving. Project DISRUPT for an opportunity that needs creating. Custom for a client-specific challenge defined with PCL.
Participant Demo Sign InAI coaches, it does not complete
The Learning Process Facilitator explains, questions, frames and challenges. It never drafts assignment answers, assessment responses, project deliverables or anything a learner could submit as their own.
It coaches through Socratic questioning, concept explanation, frameworks and models, structured thinking prompts and reflective check-ins.
This constraint is enforced in the system prompt and is not configurable by clients.
Evidence over assertion
Recognition is layered, so it stays meaningful. Not everything is a certificate, and not everything is a badge.
Recognition is only issued against a defined completion criterion on a step or programme.
Every tenant defines its own certificate identity: issuer name, signatory, signatory title, seal text and accent colour.
The sponsor can see what they bought
Progress, attendance, assessment and impact roll up into client-facing reporting rather than being locked in a consultant's spreadsheet.
The Client role is intentionally narrow and read-only. Sponsors get confidence and evidence, not administrative control.
Client data is scoped to the tenant. Cross-client aggregation exists only at the PCL platform layer.
Client Demo Sign InEvery client runs on its own tenant, branding, cohorts, data and certificates
Visibility of programme health, participation, progress and outcomes, plus branded certification for their people.
One place for their journey, learning, coaching, projects, reflections and recognition.
A delivery cockpit: cohorts, attendance, submissions, feedback, previews and resources.
Coachee view, development plans, session records and private coaching notes.
Authoring, versioning, sequencing and reuse of the full IP library.
